precisely my point.
one good example right. australia table tennis team. Miao Miao is from china. so? the aussies still cheer her on. this is what i call support from the country.
its super hard for the singaporean atheletes to play against the aussies. ie in table tennis, u can literally hear the distinct difference in cheering because the commonwealth games are held in aust. but yet, the singapore paddlers have fought for it and won.
its time we are more appreciative of what they have done for us, for this country that belongs to both them and us.
and yes, theres nothing embarassing about it, in fact, im proud of team singapore.
why cant you?

embarassing INDEED , i am a anti malaysian and i will never forget the way the singapore contingent was booed by the malaysian spectators during the opening and closing cermony in the 1998 commonwealth games

So what if they boo us?? Its how we look at ourselves that is important!!!! WhY is your confidence and pride so Low??
Yes, we should take criticisims seriously, but NEVER put ourselves DOWN...For we have done nothing wrong..
