Strong home crowd support, comprehensive preparations and well-planned secretariat support are the three critical factors which will drive the Team Singapore contingent to overcome challenges and achieve its goals, and golds, at the 23rd SEA Games.

With 380 athletes and 192 officials in total, Singapore will be sending its third largest contingent ever to the biennial SEA Games. This year's SEA Games will be held in the Philippines from 27 November to 5 December 2005.
